In these modern times where speed, deadlines, and the ruthless need for efficiency have become of utmost importance, our family operation is a throwback to another era, one where quality is valued significantly more than speed, cost, and efficiency. Here on the ranch, we raise our cattle in a manner that can be compared to the early days of raising livestock. We take pride in raising our cattle in a manner that is simple and more natural than what is typically seen today. Our vocation is to provide an environment where the cows can grow and reproduce in a natural setting. Our livestock is offered grass that has never been fertilized with chemicals or treated with pesticides. Our values lie in raising cattle as humanely as possible, and as a result, we have found our animals are healthier and produce much better.

Our family ranch was founded on a pristine property in Southeast Kansas where our cattle can roam freely in large pastures. The cattle are constantly rotated to fresh pastures to ensure clean, nutrient-dense grass for them to graze. The cattle are provided plenty of shade and fresh water just as Mother Nature intended. Our cows are never confined in small places and are never fed any unnatural food products. We do not feed our cattle antibiotics and we never utilize growth hormones. Our cattle are raised naturally and are harvested at their peak condition. This results in a meat that is not only fully-flavored and consistent in its texture but also contains the right balance of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids and the all-important Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). This high-quality meat is a result of our cattle’s 100% natural diet.
